Parkside Management Services, Inc. began on February 1, 1992. At that time our primary focus was billing for Anesthesia Services. During the past twenty one years we have evolved our services to cover many other specialties. To date, all of our accounts have been a result of referrals from the clientele we serve.
Our staff of twenty has over 266 years of employment with Parkside Management Services, averaging 13 years of experience per employee. All employees are capable of handing billing issues for different specialties. Our staff includes three Certified Medical Coders who maintain their certification yearly.
Our system is updated to cover the most current mandates. Yearly, we obtain the new fee schedules from the carriers and review the fees charged by out clients. We subscribe to the CPT Assistant newsletter, which is published by the AMA. We are also members of the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA).
Our coders review the yearly CPT and ICD-9 changes to see if any are applicable to our clients and they are preparing for the ICD-10 crossover through the American Academy of Professional Coders Association.
